One building per issue. Library, Forge, Boardroom.
Spotlight is the editorial feature room — one building per issue, no more. The campus has many doors; the Spotlight opens exactly one at a time. Volume I is the Library. Volume II is the Forge. Volume III is the Boardroom. The rotation is fixed because attention is finite and a building covered shallow is a building covered wrong. While the Spotlight is on a building, the writing goes deep — the operators inside, the standards on the wall, the receipts on the table. When the issue closes, the light moves. What was featured is archived in full and does not get re-featured until the rotation comes back around.
A reading rhythm — one building, one issue, in rotation — so you finish each volume knowing one room of the campus the way an insider knows it.
